Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4-5 business days after payment confirmation. However, please note:

  • Orders for LoveTee products are shipped in 48-72 hours.
  • Orders for all other brands take 4-5 business days to process.
  • Custom orders for more than 100 units may take an extra day or two. This will be conveyed post order placement.
  • Customers will be promptly notified if there are any delays in processing their orders.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors:

  • The destination (within the US or Canada)
  • The weight and dimensions of the package

  • US Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Canada Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. Get My Tee cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Shipping Damage or Loss

In the rare event that an order is damaged or lost during transit, customers should contact our customer support team of the shipping company immediately. Please note that we do not take responsibility for damaged or lost shipments and do not offer refunds in those cases. Kindly refer to our returns and refund policy for more details.

Please note:

  • If a shipment has been delivered and subsequently gets lost or stolen, we will not issue any refund. Customers will need to process a new order.

International Shipping
