  1. Returns and Refunds: We offer a 15-day return and refund policy from the date of order receipt. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these guidelines to initiate a return and request a refund:

Returns Policy

At Get My Tee, we strive to provide high-quality custom apparel and excellent customer service to our valued customers in both the United States and Canada. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent process for handling returns, refunds, and replacements. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when ordering from Get My Tee.

 

Returns Policy

Get My Tee has a limited returns policy to ensure the best possible service for all our customers.

  • If you wish to initiate a return or report an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team at info@getmytee.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • In your email, please include:
    • Your order number
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • Photos of the product, where relevant, to illustrate any problems

We aim to process all requests within 3 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons and to ensure the quality of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Tights
  • Underwear
  • Pajamas
  • Swimsuits
  • Socks
  • Masks
     

Additionally, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sample items
  • Deliberately damaged items
  • Items sent back for return more than 7 days from the date of receipt
  • Items accurately printed according to the designs or specifications provided to Get My Tee that the purchaser decides are not what they intended or no longer want
  • Items deemed to no longer be required due to delayed delivery caused by misinformation provided to Get My Tee, such as incorrect phone numbers or shipping addresses.

Refund Policy

Get My Tee has a strict no-refund policy for completed orders. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be refunded under normal circumstances.

However, we do offer the following exception:

Production Errors

If there was a printing, manufacturing, or production mistake on our end, we will gladly provide a replacement order at no additional cost to you.


Replacement Policy

Get My Tee offers replacements in the following situation only:

For Other instances such as

Lost or Stolen Shipments

If your shipment was lost or stolen, you must place a new order for a replacement. We do not handle replacements for such cases.

Sizing Issues

If you experience sizing issues with your order, you must place a new order for a replacement. We do not handle replacements for sizing problems.

Shipping Delays

We partner with the best shipping providers in North America, however, in case of any delays or transit issues Get My Tee is not liable for return or refund, and cannot be held accountable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If there was an error in the shipping address provided by you and the package is returned to us, we will notify you. You will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for reshipment.

 

Process for Order Replacements

If you believe there was a mistake on our end or if you require a replacement due to the reasons mentioned above, please follow these steps:

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders that have not yet entered production can be canceled in their entirety.
  • Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at info@getmytee.com as soon as possible.

 

Time Limit for Claims

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
